This privacy policy applies to the Curb Check for TDs app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Armadillo Apps LLC (the "Service Provider").
Information We Collect
The Application collects your device's location to record GPS coordinates at the start and end of each luggage loading session. This helps you see where each session took place. Location data is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to any external server.
The Application also collects basic usage information including time spent in the app and your device's operating system. No personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or payment details is collected by the Application directly. All subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple.
How We Use Your Information
Location data is used solely to tag your luggage loading sessions with a geographic location for your own reference in the History screen. We do not use your location for advertising, analytics, or any third party services.
Data Storage
All data collected by the Application is stored locally on your device. Nothing is transmitted to Armadillo Apps LLC servers or any third party. If you delete the Application, all data is permanently removed from your device.
Third Party Access
We do not share your data with any third parties. The only external service involved is Apple, which handles subscription billing through the App Store.
Data Retention
Your data remains on your device for as long as you use the Application. To delete all data, simply uninstall the Application. If you have questions about your data, contact us at [email protected].

Security
All data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS security. We do not transmit your data over the internet.
